AI notice

Some portal chapters have an assistant that answers questions about that chapter. This notice explains what it is. It is information, not a contract.

What the assistant sees

Only the approved text of its own chapter, never code, other chapters or other people's conversations. It answers in English. Answers can be wrong; the chapter text is what counts.

Checks before an answer is shown

Questions with personal details are stopped before they reach the model. Every answer is checked against the project's wording rules before it is shown; an answer that fails is not shown. Refused or blocked questions do not count against your daily number of questions.

Who processes what

When the assistant is switched on, questions and the chapter text are sent to OpenAI (Ireland, with transfers to the USA) to produce the answer, without being stored there for training. The founder reads short summaries of conversations to improve the chapters.

How long

Questions and answers are kept 90 days, with personal details removed; summaries 12 months. Please do not type personal or confidential information.
